Indiana University is accepting applications for Department of State Title VIII Fellowships until the end of January.

Title VIII awards provide tuition and expenses for graduate students, area specialists, and scholars studying the languages of Eastern Europe and the independent states of the former Soviet Union during the summer.

Dear Friends of the Armenian Circle,

This week we have a very special culinary element to our Armenian Circle meeting. Please join us as we will be cooking up the Anatolian classic Bureks!!

Our very own Henry Saroyan has generously offered his apartment for us to cook in, so this week in lieu of meeting in Pick Hall we will be meeting at Henry's place at 5:30PM!

Naturally, everybody is welcome, but please let me know if you intend to join us by Tuesday night so we will know how much food to prepare.

On the final weekend of Revolution Every Day, the Smart Museum of Art and the Gray Center for Arts and Inquiry present The Last Days of Revolution featuring a performance by Russian poet Kirill Medvedev.

Following the reading, Medvedev will join exhibiting artist Cauleen Smith and Revolution Every Day guest curators Robert Bird, Zachary Cahill, and Christina Kiaer for a conversation that reflects on the relationship between art and revolutionary ideals and practices.
