The Center for Engaged Scholarship is an organization, created by and for social scientists, who want the United States to be a more democratic, more egalitarian, and more environmentally sustainable society. Fellowships are for doctoral students in the social sciences whose work will contribute to making U.S. society less unequal, more democratic, and more environmentally sustainable. You must persuade reviewers that your findings might have significant political consequences.This dissertation completion fellowship is to support work that can contribute to progressive change. The fellowship provides $25,000 for a 9 month period. Applicants must be ABD by application deadline. More information here.
