Based in Washington DC, the Program Officer will be responsible primarily for the administration and operations of overseas programs for Chinese-language learners and for Turkish-language learners and for the administration of assessments for Flagship language programs. The Program Office will also provide support for series of workshops for language instructors and for other activities as needed.

The Program Associate supports the Professional Fellows Programs, which are sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. The Professional Fellows Programs provide young professionals from Southeast Asia, Europe, and Central Asia with experience in individualized fellowships in the United States on governance, economic empowerment, and innovation related themes. Fellows are placed in month-long fellowships in U.S. government offices, state legislatures, city councils, universities, business, incubators and NGOs across the U.S. The Program Associate provides essential program and administrative support to the Professional Fellows Programs teams. The position reports to the Program Director.
